EXACT IDENTIFYING OF THE VIBRATIONS FREQUENCY AT THE DISCRETE FOURIER TRANSFORMER

Machinery vibration condition monitoring is often based on values of Fourier transformer (FT) spectrum components. It is known that "window" (time-weight functions) effect bring some uncertainty in the values of amplitude, frequency and phase of spectrum components. For instance, for rectangular window the measured (visible) and real spectrum amplitudes difference might reach 30%, the phase ±45° and frequency up to half of thickness of single Fourier filter. This paper describes method of getting exact identifying of the vibration spectrum components. The method is based on analyzing the side spectrum components and making the correction follow that analyzes. The method allows reducing the tolerance of identifying the amplitude of spectral components till 1-3%, phase ±3° and frequency about 0.05 of thickness of single Fourier filter. The method could be used for different windows types.
