Considering the actual requirements of vibration isolation for the stretcher-supported patients on the mobile emergency equipment, theoretical design and simulation of the slotted conical disk spring and the novel HSLD isolator are conducted. The relationships between the load and deformation of the slotted conical disk spring and the novel HSLD isolator are investigated. And the stiffness characteristics for the changing deformation are explored. The results show that the slotted conical disk spring owns high static stiffness and low dynamic stiffness in the deformation range apart from the zero stiffness position. Therefore, it owns HSLD characteristics.
